Bayou City Zone Spring Rally on April 26, 2025
Prince of Peace LWML, Amarillo, hosted a patriotic craft day on June 14. Following the door hanger craft, the congregation was invited to a free hot dog lunch provided by the LWML. It was a fun way to celebrate Flag Day and enjoy fellowship with each other.
The LWML group in Pattison presents A Child’s Garden of Bible Stories to new students at Christ Lutheran Church’s Wednesday School each year. The Bible stories contained in the book are simply worded, yet scripturally faithful. They reinforce lessons taught during story and chapel time, and point children to their Savior, Jesus. This book, published by Concordia Publishing House, has been in continuous print since 1948. The book is also available in languages other than English through the Lutheran Heritage Foundation.
