The Leader's Manual of the LWML Texas District is designed to provide leaders at the zone and district level with:

• More in-depth education about the LWML District and its program
• An understanding of the role of leaders of LWML Texas District
• Leadership techniques and skills.

The material in the Leader's Manual is a guideline and does not take the place of the bylaws. It is provided with the prayer that it will assist leaders to follow in the footsteps of Christ who modeled well the concept of the "leader as servant." Serve the LORD with Gladness! (Psalm 100:2).
