Hereford Hispanic Outreach Program, Hereford

Hereford Hispanic Outreach Program desires to offer a Christ-centered after-school program. Renovations are needed at Immanuel Lutheran Church for hosting the program, Bible study, ESL, VBS, and other outreach ministries. This mission grant will assist with building repairs, establishing an after-school program, materials, equipment, and a director’s stipend.

Father of all nations, You invite us to bring all people to Christ. We thank You for all the volunteers who have worked tirelessly to repair Immanuel Lutheran Church and their Sunday school buildings. Bless their efforts to reach out into the community of Hereford to start a low to no-cost, after-school childcare program. Many more repairs are still needed, and funds are needed to purchase material for the after-school program. Open the hearts of the community and the volunteers to hear Your Word and show Your Light in their daily lives. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Singing VBS
Singing is enjoyed by all at the outdoor VBS.
Craft time
Craft time allows children to express their creativity while reinforcing the lessons learned through Bible stores and teachings.
Pastors
Hispanic pastors volunteered to assist with VBS.

Families receive backpacks
Families lined up at HUD housing complex to receive backpacks in time for school.

Fall Festival
A meal is served at the Fall Festival in Hereford.
