The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod recognizes the importance of seminary training to equip dedicated men for ministry to God’s people. To help offset the cost of attending seminary, scholarship funds will assist seminary students from the Texas District LCMS, enabling them to go out and serve with less financial burden.

Almighty God, You expect us all to share the Good News with those around us. There is also a great present and future need for men to enter our seminaries in order to be equipped and empowered to be the spiritual leaders in our churches and communities. Our heart-felt desire is to support them with scholarships so they can complete their training with less of a financial burden. Bless our efforts to support those You call to serve as professional workers in Your kingdom. In Your holy name, we pray. Amen.

Funded through December 2023: $50,000
