Orphan Grain Train
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, ladies from Cheerful Helpers of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Houston, TX, took a short road trip to Orphan Grain Train in Pasadena, TX. We delivered 50 Health Kits which we had assembled at our monthly meetings. Some clothing items were also donated. Several of us that had not been there before were able to tour the facility. We spent the morning volunteering by sorting and boxing clothing. We rejoice at the opportunity to serve God along with Orphan Grain Train and look forward to hearing Steve Harris, OGT Assistant Manager, Houston Branch, speak at the LWML Texas Convention in June 2026. Glory be to God for His work through Orphan Grain Train.
